Job summary

Granules Consumer Health, LLC in Manassas, VA is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to ensure accurate and timely receipt of materials into the pharmaceutical distribution center. You will verify shipments against documentation, inspect for damage, and complete SAP transactions.

The role requires hands-on receiving experience in a regulated environment, strong attention to inventory accuracy, and the ability to operate forklifts; shift is 7:00am to 3:30pm EST with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse receiving experience required.
• SAP receiving/inventory transaction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, food, or other regulated distribution environment preferred.
• Experience handling lot-controlled and expiration-dated materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound shipments against Bills of Lading, packing lists, purchase orders, and other required documentation.
• Verify material numbers, quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, pallet counts, and other required information prior to completing the receipt.
• Inspect trailers and incoming materials for damage, moisture, odors, contamination, or other unacceptable conditions.
• Perform accurate goods receipt and inventory transactions in SAP.
• Maintain complete and accurate receiving records.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP requirements, safety procedures, and warehouse practices.
