Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• 4–6 years in warehouse, distribution, or inventory management operations.
• Strong SAP experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse management functions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities to support production and distribution schedules.
• Manage inventory control processes and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Oversee inbound and outbound movement of materials and finished products.
• Support transportation activities and coordinate shipments as required.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Utilise SAP to manage logistics workflows, inventory transactions, reporting, and operational activities.

This individual will play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management, warehousing operations, and logistics coordination to support manufacturing and distribution requirements.

• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience

• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated industries
• Understanding of GMP/GxP environments
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and distribution best practices
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain operations
