Job summary

Granules Consumer Health, LLC in Manassas, Virginia, is seeking a Logistics Coordinating Specialist to arrange domestic sales shipments for Granules North America. You will work with operations, warehouses, 3PLs and carriers to ensure on-time delivery, review lead times and manage inbound and outbound shipments in the ERP system (SAP).

The role requires a Bachelor’s in supply chain or 3+ years in logistics, familiarity with cGMP in pharma, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field OR 3+ years of experience in logistics.
Logistics Certificates are welcomed.
Familiar with cGMP requirements & worked in the Pharma industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

Arrange domestics sales shipments for Granules North America.
Collaborate with Operations & Supply Chain, Warehouse, 3PL, and carriers.
Review orders lead time and request MABD extensions as needed.
Schedule inbound/outbound shipments and monitor deliveries for on-time arrival.
Process deliveries in ERP system (SAP) and book shipments in TMS.
Coordinate deliveries with customers, warehouses, and carriers and share documents.
Respond to inquiries from Customers, Shippers, Receivers, and carriers.
Monitor carrier performance and escalate issues to improve service.
Reconcile sales and freight invoicing; pursue claims for lost/damaged shipments.
