Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, including procurement, buyers, and materials.
• Own sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, inventory control, and warehousing.
• Drive cost savings and productivity improvements.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and manage domestic and international relationships.
• Oversee ERP and MES data accuracy and system optimization.
• Establish and report on KPIs such as on-time delivery and inventory turns.
• Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Leadership.
• Support new product development with early supply chain involvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO standards.
• Travel up to 10-20% as needed.

Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

Position Summary

Schneller is seeking a forward-thinking Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead procurement, materials, inventory, and warehousing operations in a complex manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving productivity, cost savings, supply continuity, and data integrity while building a high-performing team and leveraging ERP and MES systems to deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and strategic mindset-balancing hands‑on execution with long‑term planning to support profitable growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, including procurement, buyers, and materials personnel
• Own sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, inventory control, and warehousing operations
• Drive cost savings, productivity improvements, and inventory optimization initiatives
• Negotiate supplier contracts and manage domestic and international supplier relationships
• Mitigate supply chain risk and ensure uninterrupted material flow
• Serve as process owner and subject matter expert for ERP and MES systems, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization
• Establish and report on key supply chain and operations KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory turns, cost, productivity)
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Leadership
• Support new product development through early supply chain involvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ISO standards, and trade regulations
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 10-20% as needed

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including 5+ years in a management role
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (high-mix, low-volume preferred)
• 5+ years of ERP system management or implementation experience
• Proven ability to lead change, improve processes, and deliver results through data
• Strong negotiation, supplier development, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Knowledge of trade laws: keeping up to date with customs regulations, trade restrictions, and export controls.
• 5 years of experience leading, managing, and developing a high-performance team in a multi-site environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in initiating and implementing change initiatives.

Education & Credentials

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
• APICS CSCP, CPIM, CFPIM, or similar certification strongly preferred
• Must meet U.S. export control authorization requirements (ITAR/EAR)
