Schneller LLC is seeking a forward-thinking Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead procurement, materials, inventory, and warehousing operations in a complex manufacturing environment. This role focuses on driving productivity, cost savings, supply continuity, and data integrity while building a high-performing team and leveraging ERP and MES systems to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive supply chain experience.
5+ years in a management role.
Experience in manufacturing (high-mix, low-volume).
5+ years ERP system management or implementation.
Strong negotiation and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, including procurement, buyers, and materials.
Own sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, inventory control, and warehousing.
Drive cost savings and productivity improvements.
Negotiate supplier contracts and manage domestic and international relationships.
Oversee ERP and MES data accuracy and system optimization.
Establish and report on KPIs such as on-time delivery and inventory turns.
Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Leadership.
Support new product development with early supply chain involvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO standards.
Travel up to 10-20% as needed.
