Job summary

Cencora invites you to join a 10-week Operations Intern program in Roanoke, TX. You will work with a mentor, rotate through distribution center functions, and develop leadership capabilities in a real-world setting.

During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in supply chain metrics, team collaboration, and daily operations while reporting progress to leadership. Onsite shifts across multiple schedules are possible, with a focus on developing future supply chain leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree related to engineering, operations/logistics, or business management.
• Graduation expected within one year of internship completion.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of various supply chain functions.
• Build affiliation with hourly team members and interact with leadership.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Support workload planning to meet business priorities and goals.
• Participate in internship training activities and events.
• Develop communication and teamwork skills.
