Job summary

Cencora is offering a 10-week Operations Intern program in Roanoke, TX, with on-site engagement at our distribution center. The program runs June 7 to August 13, 2027, providing mentorship and exposure to multiple supply chain functions.

Interns gain hands-on experience through project work, data analysis, and leadership interactions with senior managers. Flexibility in shifts and proactive learning are expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in engineering, operations/logistics or related field.
• Bachelor's degree expected within 1 year of internship completion.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and processes.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Experience setting and planning department daily/weekly workload to support priorities.
• Organize and facilitate work team meetings and rotations across departments.
• Be flexible to work across all shifts and schedules.
