Job summary

Cencora in Sugar Land, TX is seeking an Operations Intern for a 10-week summer program designed to develop future supply chain leaders. You will work closely with a mentor and rotate through distribution center functions, reporting key accomplishments to the Leadership Team at project's end.

Start Date: June 7, 2027; End Date: August 13, 2027. Interns are expected to be onsite, with flexibility across shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends; you will gain hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, or Business Management.
• Bachelor's degree expected within one year of internship completion.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn and rotate through supply chain functions in a hands-on setting.
• Engage with hourly team members, peers, and leadership.
• Assist in analyzing and developing supply chain metrics and processes.
• Report findings to teammates and management as required.
• Help plan daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities.
