Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Operations Intern for a 10-week summer program based at our Sugar Land, TX distribution center. You will work under a mentor to learn multiple supply chain functions, interact with leadership, and contribute to metrics and process improvements.

The internship emphasizes on-the-job learning, developing business acumen, and gaining experience across departments. Onsite work with flexible shifts supports real-world operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics, or related business fields.
• Graduate with bachelor’s degree within one year of internship completion.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Understand various supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Build affiliation with hourly team members and interact with leadership.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and manage a team to deliver goals.
• Lead a frontline workgroup and participate in internship trainings.
