Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain experience.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Monitor inventory and conduct monthly inventory counts.
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders and deliveries.
• Resolve invoice and purchasing discrepancies.
• Prepare purchasing and inventory reports using Excel and ERP systems.
• Visit restaurant locations and suppliers as needed.
