• Experience coordinating with vendors, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Attention to detail with maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
• Obtain quotations from approved suppliers and maintain pricing/lead times.
• Track open POs, expedite late shipments, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Verify order accuracy by reconciling requisitions, POs, invoices, and receipts; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain purchasing records and system data including pricing, orders, inventories, and delivery status.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment per min/max or planning guidelines.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight pickups and related documentation.
• Support supplier communication regarding order status and issues.
• Prepare basic purchasing/inventory reports for planning and visibility.
• Follow purchasing policies and regulatory requirements; provide administrative support.
