Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education.
• Experience in shipping/logistics preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand purchase orders, packing slips, and supplier documents.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving transactions based on packing slips.
• Support receiving and inventory management.
• Prepare shipping invoices and other shipping-related documents.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders.
• Obtain shipping and export documents from freight forwarders and provide to customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure shipments are processed on schedule.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Sales to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Support import/export and general logistics operations.
• Perform product inspection tasks as needed.
• Maintain, scan, and file shipping and logistics documents.
• Communicate with external vendors and service providers about shipping operations.
