Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, order management, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Japanese language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Process sales transactions and issue customer invoices.
• Review and process customer POs through customer systems and portals, including PO acknowledgment.
• Maintain accurate order and customer records in ERP/customer systems.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with factories, primarily in Japan.
• Adjust shipment schedules based on customer dates and forecast needs.
• Arrange domestic and international shipments and track logistics.
• Support management of OEM customer accounts and communication with customers.
• Act as liaison between Japanese factories and overseas customers and internal departments.
