Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree.
• Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and SIOP processes.
• Strong data analysis skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve demand planning processes translating forecasts into supply and production plans.
• Analyze historical demand, forecast accuracy, and market trends to improve quality.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Operations to align demand and planning horizons.
• Lead forecast reviews and mitigate gaps or risks.
• Drive assembly and production planning aligning with capacity and inventory targets.
• Convert demand plans into feasible schedules using MRP (SAP).
• Collaborate on new product introductions and ramp-ups.
• Optimize BOM alignment, lead times, and lot-sizing for efficiency.
• Lead or contribute to the SIOP process across Sales, Operations, Finance.
• Prepare demand, supply, and inventory scenarios with clear trade-offs.
• Ensure execution of SIOP plans and resolve cross-functional constraints.
• Oversee material planning to minimize excess inventory and ensure timely availability.
• Partner with logistics to improve inventory visibility and turnover.
• Align purchasing to demand and production plans; end-to-end P2P process oversight.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage capacity and delivery risks.
• Provide data-backed planning insights and dashboards to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
