Ideal candidate has 8+ years in planning roles, proficiency with planning tools, and a track record of driving continuous improvement in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or related areas.
• Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).

Responsibilities

• Ensure SIOP/S&OP/IBP processes deliver world-class performance for revenue, costs, inventory, and delivery.
• Drive process improvements and tool maturity in planning.
• Collaborate across business units to standardize processes and utilize Kinaxis RapidResponse.
