Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group invites academically motivated students to join our Supply Chain Internship in Bradenton, Florida. You will explore Production, Warehouse Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Transportation while tackling real-world projects with senior leaders.

Expect hands-on experience, leadership exposure, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment designed to develop future supply chain leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics or related fields.
• Highly motivated self-starter with leadership experience.
• Experience in operations environments (academic or work).
• Ability to work in unstructured settings and make quick tradeoffs.
• Willingness to relocate to Bradenton, FL for duration of internship.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree within one year of the internship end.

Responsibilities

• Solve operational issues and motivate team members to meet targets.
• Participate in project management life cycle and requirements analysis.
• Develop supply chain metrics and business processes.
• Gain exposure to Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality and Planning.
• Report findings to leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support process improvements and data-driven decision making.
• Be onsite at Tropicana in Bradenton, FL and adapt to 24/7 operations when needed.
