Tropicana Brands Group in Bradenton is seeking a Packaging Off Shift Supervisor to lead front-line teams and ensure safe, efficient production across packaging, warehousing, and shipping.

You will drive continuous improvement, supervise hourly and salaried staff, and maintain strict inventory controls while aligning with the site operating plan.

The role requires off-shift and weekend work, on-site presence, and up to 5% travel, with Lean Six Sigma experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food/beverage.
• Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence experience, demonstrated by a major project.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, operations management, or similar.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Off-shift and weekend work, onsite in Bradenton.

Responsibilities

• Optimize operational efficiencies across production, packaging, warehousing, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cost-control procedures per the site AOP.
• Identify improvements and allocate resources to meet annual operating plans.

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

We are looking to add a Packaging Off Shift Supervisor for our Diversified department team. This role will be responsible for managing all activities associated with their front‑line teams, in order to positively impact the overall department/area. The Supervisor will be leading a team consisting of hourly front‑line associates, and possibly salaried associates Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:

• Optimize operational efficiencies to support the facility’s production, packaging, warehousing, and shipping operations.
• Ensure Tropicana Brands Group financial and accounting control procedures are followed to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
• Identify and coordinate operations improvements necessary to deliver the site annual operating plan (AOP). Ensure cost performance gaps are identified, action plans are developed, and resources are properly allocated.
• Builds capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front‑line hourly personnel
• Manage the performance of direct reports through performance reviews, frequent discussions, coaching, and career development action plans.
• Build and develop talent by effectively leveraging Tropicana Brands Group Career Growth and Leadership Models and the Performance Management Process: objective setting, performance and development (PDR), CDAP, people planning, 360 feedback, and competency review.
• This role requires regular presence on the plant floor
• Directly oversee operational measures including but not limited to efficiency, yield loss, product quality, inventory accuracy, transactional accuracy

The Perfect Blend: Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing preferred preferably food/beverage experience
• Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence Experience preferred, demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement project
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
• D irectly oversee operational measures including but not limited to CIL/CL compliance, minor stop loss, OEE/TE/RE improvement plans, SRC/RCA/BDA completion.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar fields
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
• This role will require off‑shift and weekend work
• Willingness to be onsite daily in the Tropicana [office, warehouse, manufacturing plant] in Bradenton
• Travel up to 5%
