Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• 4 Years Experience in a Human Resources function
• 4 Years Experience administering confidential staff information such as personnel files and employment compliance data
• 3 Years Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff

Responsibilities

• Partners with location leaders to ensure HR plans drive business results and align with core behaviors and values.
• Develop people strategies that support business objectives and drive performance.
• Identify development solutions and provide consulting to accelerate associate development (exposure events, project assignments, coaching).
• Provide guidance on leading people and organizational management practices to develop location leaders and their teams.
• Engage and coach associates on the floor to promote Lowe's core behaviors and values.
• Drive accountability for engagement action plans within assigned locations.
• Collaborate with Network HR BP and COEs to craft, implement, and support solutions (assessments, coaching, training).
• Participate in interview and selection for location people leaders to ensure quality leadership.
