Job summary

Lowe's in Honolulu seeks an HR leader to partner with site leaders to drive people strategies, engage associates, and align HR initiatives with business goals. You will influence talent development, workforce planning, coaching, and performance management across the organization.

As a member of the leadership team, you will champion change management, lead cross-functional collaboration with HR COEs, and support strategic initiatives that enhance customer service and associate engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years progressive HR experience.
• 3 years HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines.
• 1 year experience managing or supervising others.
• 3 years cross-functional team experience with exempt and non-exempt staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to drive business results through HR programs.
• Stay current on HR trends and provide informed perspectives.
• Advise leaders on development strategies for associates.
• Coach for high performance and conduct performance reviews.
• Guide on leading people and organizational practices.
• Promote adoption of company programs via HR COEs.
• Assist in interview and selection for site leaders.
• Lead talent assessments with site leaders.
