Job summary

Lowe's is seeking an HR Advisor in Findlay, OH to build strong partnerships with supervisors and leadership while managing HR functions at the location. You will leverage HR expertise to provide guidance that drives business objectives, including talent planning, associate development, performance management, and workforce planning.

Working with the HRBP, you will support HR services, participate in local recruiting strategies, coach managers, and help implement HR programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
• 4 Years Experience in a Human Resources function
• 4 Years Experience administering confidential staff information such as personnel files and employment compliance data
• 3 Years Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff

Responsibilities

• Promotes the value of the HR function and delivers business outcomes by building collaborative relationships across the organization.
• Develops plans to ensure the right talent is being selected and may localize recruiting strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Provides consultation and interventions to align HR strategies, policies and procedures and supports HR activities.
• Pursues professional growth, coaches peers, and develops talent for growth opportunities.
• Supervises the HR Coordinator when applicable and supports administrative duties to promote building interests.
