Job summary

You will diagnose issues, drive solutions, and partner with HR COEs to enhance engagement and performance. Responsibilities include leadership development coaching, talent planning, change management, and workforce initiatives aligned with business goals, while building strong stakeholder relationships to enable strategic HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field with 5 years of experience or 8+ years in HR.
• 4+ years HR experience with increasing responsibilities.
• 4+ years experience as a HR Generalist.
• 3+ years direct supervisory experience.
• 1+ years consulting experience, including needs/gap analysis, diagnosis, solution development, and measurement.
• 1+ years program and project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience interpreting and applying HR policies, including compensation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and drive solutions across client areas.
• Lead leadership development coaching for supervisors and managers.
• Consult with business leaders on change and sustain the change through management strategies.
• Partner with HR COEs to address issues and develop comprehensive strategies.
• Stay current on HR trends and provide informed perspectives.
• Develop engagement action plans based on Employee Opinion Survey results.
• Identify development solutions and advise leaders on accelerating employee development.
