Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field plus 5 years of experience, or 8+ years in lieu of education.
• 4+ years of HR experience with increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years direct supervisory experience.
• 1+ years consulting experience, including needs analysis, diagnosis, and solution development.
• 1+ years of program and project management experience with increasing scope.
• 3+ years experience interpreting and applying HR policies and compensation practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues at individual, team, leader, and organizational levels and execute solutions.
• Provide leadership development coaching for supervisors and managers.
• Consult with business leaders on change and implement sustaining processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, Learning & Development, Compensation and Employee Relations to address issues.
• Stay current on HR trends and present informed viewpoints to leadership.
• Develop employee engagement plans based on survey results and future business trends.
• Identify development solutions and advise leaders on accelerating employee growth.
