Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support MIS reporting and daily operations across order processing and supply chain functions. The role involves tracking orders, dispatch schedules, and inventory dashboards, while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will excel in Excel, possess basic ERP knowledge, and effectively analyze data to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• MIS & Reporting:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Track order status, dispatch details, and customer fulfilment metrics.
• Maintain dashboards for sales, inventory, and supply chain performance.
• Order Processing & Customer Coordination:
• Act as SPOC for Private Label team for customer order processing.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, logistics, finance team for timely order execution.
• Manage warehouse inventory dashboards.
• Update sales team on order status, dispatch schedules, and resolve basic queries.
• Supply Chain & Inventory Support:
• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Monitor inbound and outbound logistics data to identify bottlenecks.
• Assist in periodic stock audits and variance reporting.
• Cross-functional Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics) to ensure seamless order-to-delivery cycle.
• Escalate operational issues promptly and follow up for closure.
