  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with procurement, sourcing, operations, and sales teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for supplier coordination and performance.
  • Monitor and track supplier KPIs (on-time delivery, fill rate, lead time).
  • Proactively identify and resolve supply issues, delays, and shortages.
  • Support supplier communication and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Partner with demand planning and procurement to align supply with forecasted demand.
  • Analyze inventory levels, reorder points, and safety stock.
  • Recommend actions to reduce stockouts, excess inventory, and variability.
  • Support inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Provide oversight of purchase order activity, with the flexibility to manage portions of the PO process as needed.
  • Lead or support cross-functional supply chain projects.
  • Improve coordination between procurement, sourcing, operations, and vendors.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Help standardize workflows and best practices.
  • Analyze supplier performance, spend, and inventory trends.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

The Supply Chain Integration Specialist is a cross-functional individual contributor responsible for connecting procurement, sourcing, supplier performance, and inventory strategy to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

This role focuses on improving coordination across teams, enhancing supplier performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who can manage complexity, influence outcomes, and grow into a leadership role over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key point of contact for supplier coordination and performance
  • Monitor and track supplier KPIs (on-time delivery, fill rate, lead time)
  • Proactively identify and resolve supply issues, delays, and shortages
  • Support supplier communication and continuous improvement efforts
Inventory & Demand Alignment
  • Partner with demand planning and procurement to align supply with forecasted demand

  • Support RFQs, pricing analysis, and sourcing decisions
