Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Business Degree required; BS Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 2–5+ years in engineering design within supply chain, transportation, or distribution.
• Strong financial/project management knowledge for 3PL implementations.
• Knowledge of warehousing and transportation operations.
• Experience with routing/scheduling software and optimization tools.
• Experience with layout, MHE, AutoCAD and WMS tools.
• Lean Six Sigma experience as facilitator/coach; Kaizen leadership.
• Data manipulation and programming skills for large datasets.
• SQL, Access, or Alteryx for data analysis; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering design projects applying supply chain tools and methodologies.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements across warehousing, transload, and transport.
• Establish KPIs and data analytics to measure performance.
• Drive continuous improvement with operations and customers.
• Provide engineering strategy recommendations and customer-focused solutions.
• Interact with customers and operational leaders to align outcomes.
