Job summary

NFI is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer II to lead engineering analyses that drive continuous improvement across warehousing, transload, cross-dock and transportation operations. You will develop data-driven solutions and communicate findings to customers and NFI management.

Key focus areas include process gap identification, KPI establishment, and ongoing optimization in collaboration with operations. A BS with 1–3 years in supply chain engineering and Lean Six Sigma is required.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in a related field; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Experience with warehousing/transportation operations and Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Data management and manipulation skills; ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and apply engineering methods/tools.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Establish KPIs and data analytics for performance tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement with operations and customers.
• Provide engineering design and supply chain strategy recommendations.
• Collaborate with managers to implement efficient solutions.
