Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy projects and ensure organizational readiness for major initiatives.
• Drive end‑to‑end project management across planning, logistics, finance, and IT.
• Serve as a liaison between supply chain, finance, operations, technology, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and support business growth.
• Improve operational processes, refine SOPs, and enhance system efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis and support long‑term capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across supply chain, operations, finance, and technology.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong background in supply chain strategy, operations, or logistics.
• Experience with TMS, WMS like MercuryGate, JDA, Red Prairie.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects and PMO activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting both retail and e‑commerce supply chain initiatives.
• Familiarity with distribution center operations, inventory planning, and vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Pay: From $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience

• Supply chain management: 10 years (Required)
• Fashion retail: 2 years (Preferred)
