Job summary

Wyld in Colorado is hiring an Inventory Manager to document and track all product inventory from kitchen production through final sale using internal systems. You will manage inventory with emphasis on sales fulfillment and support sales reps. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in inventory/logistics, preferably in the food/beverage industry.
• Experience supervising or leading teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with urgency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; METRC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inventory employees and oversee planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Coordinate daily plans, set employee rotations to meet quotas.
• Communicate with Supervisors and Leads to provide adequate support.
• Audit and schedule performance reviews for each employee with their Supervisor.
• Oversee hiring and termination processes.
• Train and coach Supervisors and Leads while ensuring training schedules are followed.
• Document and enter inventory into METRC and other tracking systems.
• Ensure daily inventory audits are completed by Supervisors/Leads.
• Keep inventory vaults organized, properly labeled and stored.
• Log transfers from inventory to finished sellable units.
• Oversee fulfillment of orders and manifest documentation with sales reps.
• Ensure resources to pack orders and checkpoints are met; transfers packed and loaded onto trucks.
• Oversee QC process for outbound orders.
• Receive inventory and ensure clear labeling.
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory vault and a safe working environment.
• Batch testing and sampling (Sacramento Only): create paperwork for compliance sampling and METRC conversions, and schedule testing pickups.
• Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality; report damaged or unsatisfactory items.
• Oversee training of Warehouse Lead and staff, provide feedback and coaching.
