Deutsche Post DHL Group is seeking a Business Data Analyst II to transform operational data into strategic insights that improve performance and reduce costs in a warehouse setting. You will build dashboards, models, and reports while collaborating with leadership across operations to guide decision-making.

The role requires Power BI proficiency, SQL/DAX skills, and the ability to present complex findings clearly.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, required.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboards and reports, required.
• Hands-on SQL or scripting in Python/R to query and transform data, preferred.
• Experience with DAX expressions to enhance Power BI reports, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Full development of Power BI including data modeling and visualization.
• Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal and customer use.
