Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of data analytics or BI experience.
• Hands-on SQL or Python/R to query and transform data.
• Power BI proficiency to build dashboards and reports.
• Experience writing DAX for Power BI reports.
• Strong statistical concepts and data modeling knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Onsite work required if role based out of a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support decisions.
• Full Power BI development including data model design.
• Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL and DAX.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support HR, Finance, and other teams with analytics solutions.
• Translate data into clear insights through presentations.
• Leverage data from multiple systems supporting operations.
• Manage analytics projects from concept to delivery.
• Serve as a Power BI expert for the organization.
