DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Business Data Analyst II in Ohio to turn operational data into strategic insights. You will build Power BI dashboards, design data models, and collaborate with site leadership to identify cost savings and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in analytics, strong SQL skills, and experience with Power BI. This onsite role focuses on warehouse operations and cross‑functional support for HR and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience.
• 0–2 years in data analytics or BI.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboards and reports.
• Experience writing DAX expressions to enhance Power BI.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Onsite work required if role is warehouse-based.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports for operations and strategy.
• Create dashboards and data models to enable decisions.
• Query, clean, and transform data using SQL/Python/R.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support HR/Finance with tailored data analytics solutions.
• Translate data into clear insights for internal and customer use.
• Leverage multiple systems to support operations.
