Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Business Data Analyst II to turn data into decisions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will build Power BI reports, model data, and deliver actionable insights that influence operations and strategy.

Ideal candidates have a degree or equivalent experience, 0–2 years in analytics, strong SQL and DAX skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to leaders. This onsite role offers competitive pay within a national range and comprehensive benefits,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience required.
0–2 years in data analytics or BI required.
Proficiency in Power BI and SQL required.
Strong communication and presentation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support decisions.
End-to-end Power BI development including data visualization and modeling.
Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL and related techniques.
Collaborate with site leadership to identify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities.
Support HR, Finance, and other teams with analytic solutions.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal and customer use.
Leverage data from multiple systems (WMS, timekeeping) to inform decisions.
