DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that improve performance across warehouse operations. You will build dashboards, implement standard tools, and lead analytics initiatives across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with site leadership, translate data into actionable insights, and drive data-driven decision making. The role requires onsite work when assigned to a warehouse, with opportunities to grow in a data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics / BI.
• Extensive SQL or scripting experience (Python/R).
• Power BI proficiency: dashboards and reports from scratch.
• DAX expressions to automate Power BI reports.
• Experience designing and managing data pipelines and diverse data sources.
• Strong statistical and data modeling knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional projects.
• Onsite work requirement if role is based out of a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support decisions.
• Full Power BI development including data visualization and data model design.
• Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistics.
• Implement and maintain standard reporting tools for site/sector.
• Lead analytics projects across multiple sites.
• Design data pipelines (ETL) from various sources.
• Apply Python, R, or other tools to enhance reporting.
• Stay current with analytics trends and best practices.
• Support site startups with analytics tools and reporting frameworks.
