Job summary

Ruveon is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage customer service across OTC activities from sales orders through invoicing, including tolling operations for glyphosate and related products. The role supports Industrial Sales leadership and may be based in Creve Coeur, MO or remotely based depending on experience.

The ideal candidate has a BS/BA in Supply Chain, strong Excel skills, and SAP experience. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain or related field is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute exceptional customer service and OTC functions for industrial sales customers.
• Coordinate order processing, shipping requests, and accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with product supply, external warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Engage with customers on orders, invoicing and collections to maintain strong relationships.
• Create and manage SAP customer accounts, shipping terms, payment terms, and invoicing configurations.
• Track and reconcile Accounts Receivable and resolve discrepancies with customers to prevent past-due invoices.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost position, and performance metrics.
• Support tolling operations and review invoices for accuracy.
