Job summary

Ruveon seeks a Supply Chain Analyst I to manage end-to-end customer service and OTC activities for Industrial Sales, including coordinating shipments, invoicing and credit control. The role supports multiple products and tolling operations with suppliers, and involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure on-time product availability.

The position may be located in Creve Coeur, Missouri, or be residence-based based on experience. Strong Excel and SAP expertise are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skils.
• SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day customer service and order-to-cash functions for over 20 industrial sales customers with $400M annual revenue.
• Coordinate with product supply, external warehouses and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability and accurate shipping.
• Engage with customers on orders, invoicing and collections to improve the customer experience.
