Responsibilities

• Lead/execute exceptional customer service for OTC functions and inquiries.
• Process orders, shipping requests and accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with product supply, warehouses and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability.
• Manage SAP customer setup, shipping terms and invoicing requirements.
• Track accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies with customers.
• Improve Industrial Sales processes to boost efficiency and performance metrics.
• Support tolling operations coordination with suppliers and review toller invoices.
