Job summary

Ruveon is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst I to lead day-to-day customer service and OTC activities for our Industrial Sales segment, supporting orders, shipments, and invoicing. You will coordinate with product supply, warehouses, and customers to ensure accurate delivery commitments and timely billing.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers on orders and collections, creating SAP customer records, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and cash flow.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skils.
• SAP Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer service and OTC functions for over 20 industrial sales customers.
• Manage order processing, shipping requests, and accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with product supply, external warehouses and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability.
• Engage with customers on orders, invoicing and collections.
• Create SAP customer records and manage account setup, shipping terms, and invoicing requirements.
• Track and reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies with customers.
• Improve Industrial Sales processes to boost efficiency and metrics.
• Support tolling operations coordination with suppliers and review toller invoices.
