Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-level customer service to over 20 industrial sales customers representing $400M in annual revenue.
• Manage day-to-day customer service and order to cash functions.
• Support sales leadership to ensure product availability and timing per customer orders.
• Ensure order processing, shipping requests, and accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with product supply, warehouses and stakeholders to align shipping schedules and commitments.
• Engage with customers on orders, invoicing and collections.
• Create new customers in SAP and manage accounts, terms, and ship-to locations.
• Track and reconcile Accounts Receivable with customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Improve customer experience through direct communications and process enhancements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to Industrial Sales processes.
• Support US tolling operations for Roundup QuikPro and dicamba salt by coordinating with suppliers and reviewing tolling invoices.
