Job summary

Ruveon in the United States (Missouri Creve Coeur or residence-based) is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst I to deliver exceptional customer service across order-to-cash processes, including orders, shipments and invoicing, while coordinating with warehousing and suppliers.

You will support Industrial Sales customers for glyphosate, acetochlor and phosphorus, manage tolling operations guidance, track accounts receivable discrepancies, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Supply Chain Analyst I

What You Will Do

The Supply Chain Analyst provides comprehensive customer service and support across various channels for both business and end-consumer customers. Handles post-sale inquiries, including technical and non-technical issues, through remote support via phone, online chat, or text, as well as in-person assistance at distribution centers or service facilities. Ensures good customer relations are maintained by resolving claims and complaints fairly and effectively, in compliance with consumer laws. Develops organization- wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers, and creates improvement plans based on customer feedback and surveys to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

The Supply Chain Analyst manages customer service activities for our Industrial Sales business, including all order to cash (OTC) activities starting with sales orders, shipments, and invoices. This position supports Industrial Sales leadership across multiple products including glyphosate, acetochlor and phosphorus. The position also helps facilitate the tolling operations coordinating with suppliers and purchases of raw materials.This position has the possibility of being located in Creve Coeur, Missouri or residence based, based on experience in the industry.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead/Develop and execute an exceptional standard of customer service to over 20 industrial sales customers representing $400M in annual revenue. Manage and lead day to day customer service and order to cash functions. Supports industrial sales leadership to ensure product ordered is available for customers per their desired timing
• Ensure all facets of the process run smoothly including order processing, establishing shipping requests per the customer purchase order and accurate invoicing.
• Strong collaboration with product supply, external warehouses and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability shared with customers is accurate. Lead/develop daily shipping schedule for glyphosate technical sales plan to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Engage with customers on a regular basis related to orders, invoicing and collections.
• Enable through systems the growth of new business opportunities with industrial sales customers by creating new customers in SAP including managing the account set up, shipping terms, payment terms, invoicing, ship to location(s) and all other system requirements.
• Participate in the tracking and reconciliation of customer Accounts Receivable to communicate/resolve discrepancies directly with customers to prevent past due invoices.
• Work directly with customers on processes and communications to improve the overall customer experience.
• Identify/implement and oversee the continuous improvements to Industrial Sales processes to improve internal efficiency, cost position and performance metrics.
• Support US tolling operations for Roundup QuikPro and dicamba salt by coordinating and communicating with suppliers. Review toller invoices for accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skils
• SAP Experience

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $90000.00-135000.00 per year dependent on education and experience. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
