Job Summary and Qualifications

The Cost Analyst performs detailed healthcare supply chain spend analysis, identifies cost savings, ensures contract compliance, and standardizes processes. They analyze data from multiple sources using business intelligence tools and support reporting and administrative functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with team and members to provide analysis, reports, and presentations.
• Tracking and validating savings initiatives.
• Supporting member rostering audits and facility additions.
• Analyzing spend data to identify GPO adoption opportunities.
• Developing and enhancing reporting tools.
• Supporting contract compliance tracking.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Technology, or related; work experience may substitute.
• 3-5 years as a data, business, or financial analyst.
• Familiarity with multiple technology platforms.
• Preferred: Medical product knowledge, large data set experience, healthcare supply chain knowledge, and analytics experience.
