We are seeking an Associate Cost Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of Homeland Security. This position is remote within the National Capital Region.

Responsibilities

• Support Cost Analysis, Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Economic Analysis (EA) studies.
• Develop, update, and apply mathematical and logical methodologies for program analyses.
• Support data analytics and maintain cost models.
• Collect, normalize, and analyze complex data.
• Evaluate program investment and acquisition strategies.
• Identify sustainment cost impacts of acquisition decisions.
• Prepare briefings for management and oversight levels.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate with diverse organizations for data collection and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or related Sciences.
• Recent experience in cost analysis or related fields; relevant coursework counts.
• Experience with cost modeling preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and DHS Suitability.
