Job summary

Global Power Components is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to optimize material flow, coordinate procurement, and support production scheduling at our Milwaukee facility. The role collaborates with Purchasing, Warehousing, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and accurate ERP records.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field, with 2+ years in supply chain or procurement and experience with ERP systems (Epicor a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle material safely.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department for procurement activities and supplier communication.
• Monitor inventory levels with warehouse counters and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems.
• Process Requests for Material (RFM) and Information (RFI) to support production.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies with internal teams.
• Expedite materials with suppliers to meet production deadlines.
