Job summary

Global Power Components seeks a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery. You will coordinate procurement, inventory control, and logistics, working with internal teams to maintain accurate stock levels and support production deadlines.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, plus ERP proficiency (Epicor preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
Proficiency in ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed for material handling.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Purchasing Department for procurement activities and supplier communication.
Work closely with warehouse cycle counters to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production.
Maintain accurate records of materials and transactions in ERP systems.
Support production by processing Requests for Material (RFM) and Requests for Information (RFI).
Collaborate with Warehouse and Internal Logistics departments to ensure smooth material handling and delivery.
Track shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers to expedite materials when necessary to meet production deadlines.
Understand the urgency of requests and prioritize tasks according to production deadlines.
