Job summary

The role collaborates with Purchasing, Warehousing, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and accurate ERP records.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field, with 2+ years in supply chain or procurement and experience with ERP systems (Epicor a plus).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department for procurement activities and supplier communication.
• Monitor inventory levels with warehouse counters and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems.
• Process Requests for Material (RFM) and Information (RFI) to support production.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies with internal teams.
• Expedite materials with suppliers to meet production deadlines.

As a result of our continuing expansion and continued organizational growth, we are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team.Description:The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow and supporting production operations by coordinating procurement, inventory control, and logistics activities. This role works closely with internal departments to maintain accurate inventory levels and timely delivery of materials. This role also involves expediting materials as needed to meet production deadlines.Responsibilities:Coordinate with the Purchasing Department for procurement activities and supplier communication.Work closely with warehouse cycle counters to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production.Maintain accurate records of materials and transactions in ERP systems.Support production by processing Requests for Material (RFM) and Requests for Information (RFI).Collaborate with Warehouse and Internal Logistics departments to ensure smooth material handling and delivery.Track shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies.Coordinate with suppliers to expedite materials when necessary to meet production deadlines.Understand the urgency of requests and prioritize tasks according to production deadlines.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.Proficiency in ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed for material handling.Valid driver’s license required.
