Job summary

Global Power Components in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and ERP-driven procurement initiatives in a manufacturing setting. You will drive cost savings, improve supply continuity, and align procurement with operations and finance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of sourcing experience, with strong ERP (Epicor preferred) and advanced Excel skills. This is an onsite, direct-hire position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience negotiating supplier contracts and pricing.
• Strong ERP system experience (Epicor preferred).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Power BI and analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for direct and indirect spend categories.
• Lead supplier contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and long-term supply agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
• Identify and implement cost savings and supplier rationalization opportunities.
• Leverage ERP systems to analyze spend and support procurement decisions.
• Develop reports for leadership using ERP and analytics tools.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to support objectives.
• Drive procurement process improvements and standardization.
