Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support Distribution Center operations in a 3PL warehouse environment, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The role focuses on coordinating shipments, monitoring daily activity, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient distribution center operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills for data consolidation, reporting and analysis.
• Working knowledge of supply chain/logistics, ideally in a 3PL environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support DC operations.
• Monitor daily activity and resolve operational issues to maintain workflow.
• Communicate with multiple sites, internal teams, and external partners.
• Partner with transportation providers on timely, accurate shipment movement.
• Arrange expedited/special shipments as needed.
• Identify process improvements to boost supply chain efficiency.
• Track and report KPIs; consolidate data from multiple Excel sources into reports.
