Job summary

Calculated Hire is seeking a Supply Chain Project Coordinator in Atlanta to support ordering and delivery optimization. You will analyze data, coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, and help improve supplier performance and customer experience. The role includes 4 weeks of onsite training, followed by hybrid work.

You will create Excel-based reports, track milestones, and aid in initiatives that drive efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery for a growing customer base.

Position Overview

As the Supply Chain Project Coordinator, you will support the Supply Chain organization in analyzing and improving ordering and delivery processes, with a focus on Order/Delivery Optimization and initiatives supporting a growing customer base.

You will help identify and analyze business challenges, use quantitative data to develop insights, and support projects that improve supply chain efficiency and customer experience. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, track progress, analyze data, and support process improvements.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

• Provide project coordination support through planning, tracking, communication, and follow-up.
• Coordinate internal processes related to order management, inventory distribution, and customized delivery.
• Manage customer communication following order creation and assist with resolving order or delivery-related issues.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key activities.
• Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and analyses.
• Research consumer, technology, industry, and competitive trends to support business initiatives.
• Conduct and analyze customer research and focus groups as needed.
• Synthesize findings and provide recommendations to support business strategy.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects, initiatives, or operational activities.
• Experience with data analysis, statistical analysis, auditing, forecasting, or related functions.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. Macros and VBA are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Google BigQuery and SQL is a plus.
