Lumicera Health Services in the United States seeks a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to develop, negotiate, and manage contracts across logistics, cold-chain, packaging, and pharmacy technology. You will drive savings by aggregating member volume, securing favorable terms, and ensuring compliance across supplier agreements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, category management, or sourcing.
• 3+ years of direct contract negotiation experience with demonstrated savings or value delivered.
• Experience building new programs or functions, and operating under ambiguity and tight timelines.
• Experience with group purchasing organizations (GPOs) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lumicera in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations with vendors to secure pricing, favorable terms, and reliable service.
• Develop and execute category strategies to expand savings and enhance partner value.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and convert opportunities into signed agreements that deliver measurable value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and service levels.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of agreements and extend pricing to eligible members.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, contract operations, compliance, and legal to support objectives.
• Travel up to 10% to support business needs.
