Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to develop, negotiate, and manage contracting strategies that reduce the total cost of goods for Clarventa and its GPO member pharmacies. This high-level, individual contributor role leads sourcing, supplier negotiations, and category performance across logistics, cold-chain, tech, and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, or sourcing.
• 3+ years of direct contract negotiation with measurable savings.
• Experience building programs/categories; comfortable with ambiguity and tight timelines.
• Experience with GPOs; knowledge of aggregated member volume and value delivery.
• PBM or specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent the company as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations to secure pricing, terms, and service.
• Develop and execute category strategies to expand savings and strengthen contracts.
• Build and manage vendor relationships, converting opportunities into signed agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of agreements and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to aggregate volume and standardize terms.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, contract operations, compliance, and legal.
• Ensure compliance with anti-kickback, transparency, and reporting requirements.
• Travel up to 10% as needed; support business needs.
