Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Engineer to support our Global Fulfillment Centers (GFCs). This role involves data-driven operational excellence, leveraging labor planning, LEAN distribution, robotics, analytics, slotting optimization, and standard work development. The ideal candidate is a strong analyst and hands-on leader, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement and optimize labor planning tools across multiple fulfillment centers; coach local teams.
  2. Use data to identify trends and develop KPIs and dashboards for continuous improvement.
  3. Promote LEAN principles to eliminate waste and optimize space and productivity.
  4. Leverage technology and WMS systems across GFCs.
  5. Utilize slotting tools to maximize space and throughput.
  6. Support new GFC launches through layout design, labor planning, and ramp-up activities.
  7. Standardize and improve inventory and cycle count processes.
  8. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and CI teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Up to 30% travel availability.
  • 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environments with a focus on CI or supply chain engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma (certifications a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with labor planning tools, slotting systems, and warehouse robotics preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Effective coaching and communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Experience in process mapping and operational audits.
  • Successful track record in launching new distribution centers in multi-site environments.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $112,282.02 – $150,234.66 annually, based on qualifications and location. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, parental leave, and professional development.
